Ellen Allien

Notoriously Berlin but in the real city the world is Ellen Allien dj, producer and label: Bpitch Control for his label has released three albums "Stadtkind", "Berlinetta" and "Thrills", as well as having discovered and developed under contract manufacturers such as Modeselektor, Kiki , Tomas Andersson and Sascha Funke.
Recognised as the central figure of Mittel-European electronic sound through the constant activity of his productions and DJ, Ellen continues to redefine its identity through the most innovative and various shades of techno-sound on his website describes his style as "hypnotic sequencies / elechtech / abstract" and sharing this passion with its ever more numerous and attentive audience.
Techno "music of the future" as a symbol of the changes witnessed directly by Ellen in his Berlin as the effects of the events of 1989: the fall of the wall has given impetus to the occupied space, the most original creative impulses and cultural renewal which is still benefiting from Berlin, to be defined by a few years the ideal capital of electronic music world.
After producing a remix for Beck ("Cellphone's Dead"), last May Ellen has published a compilation mixed to the series edited by the famous London club Fabric-the 34th-series, with a spectacular lineup that ranges from Larry Heard to Cobblestone Jazz, from Thom Yorke with his collaborator Apparat (with whom he signed in 2006 the acclaimed album "Orchestra Of Bubbles") and has just released his latest single on Bpitch Control, titled "Go".
